Rights and DMCA

Loopwalk is for music you own or control. If you believe a track was uploaded without your permission, tell us and we will remove it.

Send a notice

Email hello@loopwalk.io with:

• the work you believe is infringed, and where it appears on Loopwalk (a link or the track title);
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

If your upload was removed

If you believe it was removed by mistake, reply with a counter-notice: identify the track, state under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and include your name, address, consent to jurisdiction [to be confirmed] and signature.

Repeat infringement

We block uploads from anyone who repeatedly uploads music they don't have the rights to.
